Jarrett Pugh

San Diego Roots. Real Estate Experience. A Different Way of Doing Business.

For Jarrett Pugh, San Diego isn’t simply where he does business—it’s home.

A third-generation San Diegan, Jarrett grew up in the hills of East County and has spent his life experiencing nearly every corner of the county, from the coast to the mountains and from North County to the South Bay. Today, he and his wife are raising two daughters here, continuing the same deep connection to San Diego that shaped him.

Hard work, entrepreneurship and sales have always been part of the Pugh family DNA.

Jarrett grew up in a family of five whose parents built and operated a successful San Diego auto-parts distribution company for more than 30 years. At an early age, he watched his family purchase and transform older commercial properties for their growing business. Seeing neglected buildings brought back to life introduced him to something that would eventually become a career: finding opportunity where others see problems.

Real estate became an even bigger part of the family story when Jarrett’s mother entered residential sales after retiring from the family business. She went on to become an internationally recognized top-producing agent and Hall of Fame honoree. Watching that success reinforced lessons Jarrett had learned his entire life—know your market, work hard, treat people well and never be afraid to find a better solution.

Today, Jarrett brings those lessons together across nearly every side of the real estate business.

As a real estate professional, investor, developer and California-licensed general contractor, Jarrett and his team buy, build, develop, renovate and sell real estate throughout San Diego County. Their projects range from single-family renovations and traditional residential sales to infill development and multifamily projects of fewer than 50 units.

That combination gives Jarrett a perspective most real estate professionals simply don’t have.

When a homeowner calls, the answer doesn’t always have to be, “List the house.”

Sometimes the right answer is a traditional sale. Sometimes it’s an all-cash purchase. Sometimes a property needs to be renovated before selling. Sometimes there’s development potential hiding in the backyard. And sometimes an owner simply needs someone experienced enough to sit down, look at the entire situation and help determine the best path forward.

That’s where Jarrett and his team are different. They bring more tools to the table.

Jarrett’s knowledge of San Diego also extends well beyond real estate. He genuinely loves the lifestyle that makes this county unlike anywhere else.

A great weekend might mean surfing along the coast, riding dirt bikes in the East County mountains, skiing in Big Bear, or heading south of the border for lobster and margaritas. From luxury properties in La Jolla, Del Mar and Rancho Santa Fe to first-time homebuyers searching for their first piece of San Diego, Jarrett understands that every neighborhood—and every client—has a different story.

For him, real estate has never been just about buying and selling property.

It’s about people, opportunity and finding a way forward.

San Diego raised him. Real estate became the family business. And after decades of buying, building, selling and investing here, Jarrett still believes the best opportunities often start with a simple conversation.
